Grand Light is restoring and modifying large historic ceiling lights with a custom designed LED retrofit from the William McChesney Martin, Jr. Federal Reserve Board Building, built in the early 1970s and located on Constitution Ave NW &, 20th St NW, Washington, D.C.

Grand Light was selected to design and fabricate a custom, handcrafted steel chandelier that invoked a 21st century interpretation of a 19th century chandelier, for the Charles Washington Hall renovation project located in Charles Town, West Virginia.
Grand Light was selected to create custom replications of a chandelier, wall sconce, and torchiere that is original to the building. In order to accurately replicate the intricate metalwork and detailing of each fixture, new custom molds will be cast using the lost wax method of replication.
Grand Light was selected to manufacture several custom designed outdoor lighting fixtures which were installed on poles throughout the downtown section of the town.
Grand Light custom manufactured 25 ceiling lighting fixtures, 13 wall sconces and 41 pendant lighting fixtures of varying lengths. This style fixture has been custom designed for use in the library in other locations, and with a recent addition to the building, more pieces were needed.
As a part of a renovation, Grand Light was selected to replicate eight sconces that were original to the building for an addition during this phase. A total of eight historic replications were made using bronze and hand forged iron.
Grand Light fabricated twelve custom fixtures that were retrofitted to existing cylinders in the Great Hall of Flags at the State House. The challenge was presented to the Grand Light team to fabricate seamless cylindrical tube that will be retrofitted to the existing fixture.
