Project Description

1001 Fifth Avenue is located in the heart of New York’s “Museum Mile,” offering amazing views of the West Side, Central Park, and the renowned Metropolitan Museum of Art across the street. The building, completed in 1979, was designed by world famous architect Philip Johnson in a Post-Modern style that boasts an unmistakable limestone facade and trapezoidal extension above the roof line. The building, a housing cooperative, has 23 floors and contains 76 spacious bedrooms units with building amenities including a doorman, concierge, live-in super, laundry, storage facilities, fitness room, and a garage.
