Gowanda Fixtures Refinishing Moves Forward

Gowanda’s Fixtures Refinishing Moves Foward

New Haven, CT – After several stages of experimentation, custom recipes were developed to achieve the color and the look the original historical fixtures. Every fixture will undergo stripping, priming, being painted gold, and then hand rubbed with the special recipe to get a rich gold-copper tone. Work is complete on fixtures of type K, J, L, M, R and A. See pictures under the fold.
